Our Shipping & Return Policies

Port Sandz Shipping Policy
We handle each and every Port Sandz order and shipment with the utmost care. We ship all orders received from our Port Sandz online store via USPS Ground Advantage to the 50 United States. We will process your order as soon as possible during week days and your order usually ships within 24 hours (excluding weekends) as we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

We will provide you with a confirmation email and your USPS tracking number when your order has been fulfilled and shipped. USPS Ground Advantage Mail is usually delivered in 3-7 business days depending on your location and zip code.


Port Sandz Return Policy
We stand behind every Port Sandz fashion accessory and product made and take extreme pride in our workmanship of our finished product. We will gladly accept returns for any unworn merchandise within 15-days of you receiving your order for a full refund. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item to our Port Sandz headquarters.
